These Terms govern your access to and use of Arcus AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Arcus.
Arcus AI is an AI workspace that routes your prompts to third-party language models and provides tools, artifacts, memory, file processing, and research features. The service evolves; features may be added, changed, or removed.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Arcus. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use Arcus to:
You retain ownership of the prompts, files, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the service to you — including transmitting prompts to the selected model provider to generate responses. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Arcus does not guarantee the correctness of any output and does not provide professional (legal, medical, financial, or similar) advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it.
As between you and Arcus, and to the extent permitted by law and by the applicable model provider's terms, you may use the output generated for you. You must not present AI output in a way that is deceptive or that violates applicable law.
Responses are produced by third-party model providers, and web-grounding relies on external sources. Your use of features that depend on them is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Some features are subject to usage quotas or paid plans. Where paid features apply, fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
The Arcus name, brand, software, and design are owned by Arcus AI and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no rights in our marks or software beyond the right to use the service as intended.
You may stop using Arcus and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or abuse the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcus AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Arcus AI harmless from claims arising out of your content or your misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arcus AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
